Recipe Cooked Meat Sauce

Material ingredients
1kg pork steak (I do not use ordinary meat)
2 large onions
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chillies
1 onion holland
Kaffir lime leaves
Door / cinnamon / fruit
Sweet sauce
Chilli sauce
1 lemongrass (tap)
Red chillies / red chillies

How to Cook
Fry the garlic mixture until crispy and yellowish.
Add chopped chilli, saute until crushed oil.
Insert cinnamon, flower door, cardamom
Add stalks of meat, add lemongrass, lime leaves. Mix well until boil.
Enter the soy sauce, chilli sauce. Let it cool. When it’s harder to add water gradually, add more soy sauce.
The pineapple meat is soft and tender. So do not have to boil it first. When boiled, put on holland onion, sliced red chilli, chilli beans. Mix well, cook until she becomes rather thick and dry in gmbr.

I did not put salt and sugar on it because it was quite salty and sweet. (I use shrimp fan sauce)

Resepi Daging Masak Kicap

Bahan bahan

  • 1kg daging batang pinang (saya tak guna daging biasa)
  • 2 biji bawang merah besar
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 senduk cili kisar
  • 1 biji bawang holland
  • Daun limau purut
  • Bunga lawang/kayu manis/buah pelaga
  • Kicap manis
  • Sos cili
  • 1 batang serai (ketuk)
  • Cili padi/cili merah

Cara cara

  1. Tumis bawang kisar sampai garing dan kekuningan.
  2. Masukkan cili kisar,tumis sampai pecah minyak.
  3. Masukkan kayu manis, bunga lawang, pelaga
  4. Masukkan daging batang pinang, masukkan serai, daun limau purut. Gaul rata sampai mendidih.
  5. Masukkan kicap, sos cili. Biarkan kejap. Bila dah pekat tambah lagi air sedikit demi sedikit, tambah lagi kicap.

Daging batang pinang ni cepat lembut. Jadi tak perlu direbus dulu. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan bawang holland, cili merah hiris, cili padi. Gaul rata, masak sampai dia jadi agak pekat dan kering macam dalam gmbr.

Yang ni saya tak masukkan garam dan gula sebab dah cukup rasa masin dan manis. (saya guna kicap kipas udang)
